Terms of Service

1. General By purchasing from idtGallery, you agree to these Terms of Service. idtGallery is operated by idtGallery@SG Pte Ltd, based in Singapore.

2. Products We sell new and refurbished/second-hand laptops and technology products. Product descriptions, specifications, and conditions are clearly stated on each listing. Please review them carefully before purchasing.

3. Pricing All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

4. Orders & Payment Orders are confirmed upon successful payment. We accept payment via Shopify Payments, and other available methods at checkout. idtGallery reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion, with a full refund issued.

5. Shipping & Delivery We deliver within Singapore only. Delivery options and fees are displayed at checkout. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.

6. Warranty

• New units: 1-year manufacturer's warranty
• Refurbished/second-hand units: 1-month warranty from date of purchase

Warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, or misuse.

8. Limitation of Liability idtGallery is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products beyond the purchase price paid.

9. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
