Return & Refund Policy
New Units New units come with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty. If your product develops a fault within the warranty period, please contact us and we will assist you with a warranty claim directly with the manufacturer. Returns and exchanges for new units are accepted within 7 days of purchase, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refurbished / Second-Hand Units Refurbished and second-hand units carry a 1-month warranty from the date of purchase. Within this period, we will repair or replace the unit if a hardware fault is found. This warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, or faults caused by misuse.
Non-Returnable Items Items that have been physically damaged, modified, or used beyond normal assessment are not eligible for return or refund.
How to Request a Return To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@idt-sg.com within the applicable warranty period with your order number and a description of the issue. We will respond within 2 business days.
Refunds Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
