Shipping Options We offer two delivery options at checkout:

All orders are delivered by our personal courier service.

Order Processing Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Timeframes Delivery timeframes are estimates and begin from the date your order is processed. While we strive to meet these timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Self Pickup Prefer to collect in person? We offer self pickup at our location. Select the pickup option at checkout and we will contact you to arrange a suitable time.

Damaged or Missing Orders If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at sales@idt-sg.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date and we will assist you promptly.
